PAULETTE WARNER Paulette is the CEO of PW Enterprises which she created in 2005 after retiring as CEO of the Caribbean Credit Card Corporation, a regional financial services organization, where she left a legacy of professionalism and hard work. Previously, Paulette resided in Toronto, Canada for over 20 years where she managed retail branches for the Royal Bank of Canada and now with over thirty years experience in customer service and finance she is fully qualified to meet the demands of the real estate industry, and satisfy the needs of all her clients. PATRICK WARNER "The Man with the Land" Patrick, brings a wealth of relevant experience to our team thanks to his 12 years as a senior building inspector in St Kitts and Nevis. JO DELAY hails from England where she managed her own property developments, renovation projects and rentals, turning over successive profits until the sunshine and relaxed lifestyle in St Kitts beckoned.
